Note: This can be really, really rich. You may want to add fewer dates or nut butter if you want to tone down the intensity.

Serves: 2 – 4 people
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp almond butter, peanut butter or any other nut butter
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other unsweetened non-dairy milk)
- 10 medjool dates
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
