Decadent Date-Shake


Note: This can be really, really rich. You may want to add fewer dates or nut butter if you want to tone down the intensity.

Active Time: 5 Minutes  | Total Time: 5 minutes

Serves:  2 – 4 people


  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp almond butter, peanut butter or any other nut  butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or other unsweetened non-dairy milk)
  • 10 medjool dates


Blend all ingredients until smooth.
