St. Patrick's Day Shake

Active Time: 5 Minutes | Total Time: 5 Minutes

Serves:  Two large drinks


  • 1 avocado
  • 300mL coconut milk
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other unsweetend non-dariy milk
  • 2 tbsp agave nectar or preferred liquid sweetender
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Mint to garnish, to taste


Blend all ingredients excluding the mint, pour into your favourite Irish mug, garnish with mint and savour the green goodness!
